Pennsic Bard Books

Hail and good greeting, all, from Michael Alewright and Brion Enkazi! For a sixth year, we are assembling the Pennsic Bards by Day and Bards by Night books. In past years, these have been located either at Information Point or A&S Point (this year's location TBA) to offer the most comprehensive guide at War to bardic classes, circles, activities and contests.

That is where you come in. Are you sponsoring or organizing a bardic activity at War? Please provide us with the date, time of start ("Dark" and "Dark-thirty" qualify as times), camp name or other location, block number (if known, if applicable) and a "blurb" about the activity.

Also -- please (if no one else yet has done so) repost this to your Kingdom bardic list, and forward it to anyone you think might benefit from seeing it.

As in previous years, remember that you will be able to add to the book by hand at War, but your listing will be so much prettier if you get it to us now!

Please respond to: bardicbooks@...

Regards,
Michael

Unfortunately Yahoo Groups stripped Michael's email address. I will ask him to furnish it so I can post it to this thread.

Greetings a final time before Pennsic from Michael Alewright and Brion Enkazi!
There's good news and bad news.

Good news: The Powers that Be have graciously permitted the Bards by Day and Bards by Night Books to resume their former home at Information Point! Look for the black and white loose-leaf binders.

Bad news: Because the Books have been abused in the past by some who have hijacked them to advertise their (non-bardic) parties, all changes and additions to the books must be pre-approved by either of us, only. I do not yet know whether proposed changes may be left at Information Point; if not, seek us out to leave them for either of us at our respective camps, if not in person. Brion may be found at the Debatable Lands camp on N-10, and Michael at the Black Legion camp on N-17 (along Fosse Way between Battle and Brewers Roads).

In hopes that your War will be filled with song and story,
        Michael and Brion
